Junior Influencer Strategist

What’s the job?

Our ideal Junior Influencer Strategist will have some experience communicating directly with influencers and thinking outside of the box. They will be enthusiastic about getting our PC and console titles in front of, and supported by, the influencers around the world!

What you will be doing

• Support the Influencer Strategy team with administrative workflow, day-to-day maintenance tasks, and collaborative duties to execute influencer campaigns and establish Devolver Digital’s PC and console titles among influencers around the world.

• Provide creator community support and help grow a global network of influencers through ongoing discovery, rapport building, and strong working relationships.

• Report on influencer performance and related analytics weekly/bi-weekly/monthly.

• Apply your knowledge of the leading influencer platforms (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, TikTok) and their respective cultures and trends in all campaign tasks.

• Apply your vast experience in video games - particularly indie games - and industry trends toward campaign building and recommendations with the Influencer Strategy team.

• Communicate professionally and effectively across various mediums (e.g. email, Discord, Twitter, video calls) with the influencer base, their viewers, and adjacent industry professionals, as well as fellow staff members.

• Monitor and capture influencer activities relating to our titles on streaming, video, and social platforms.

• Evaluate inbound requests for our titles.

• Play test Devolver titles and provide feedback.

• Manage campaign assets and ensure branding consistency.

• You’ll be reporting to the Senior Influencer Strategist as well as working with other Devolver team members to help deliver thoughtful and successful influencer campaigns.

• You’ll think creatively, be motivated by challenges, and constantly strive for the best.

• You’ll learn new skills and enhance your existing knowledge on the job.
