This is a remote opportunity based in Europe.
We are looking for a functional specialist to work across all of our games and with our awesome indie partners and internal studios. We work on all platforms, so a broad experience is essential.
You will be supporting some of the coolest, strangest and challenging videogames out there. The role is fully remote, but occasionally, you will travel to our development partners in order to work alongside them. We need someone who is motivated by the challenge of playing and finishing every game while on a quest for quality.

Worked as a QA Lead at a video game developer or publisher, with comprehensive experience of the processes used to deliver a video game from conception to launch.
Had direct responsibility for planning and overseeing all aspects of functional testing on many video games, from the first test passes, through to the final submission process.
Delivered the tasking of teams in the deployment of plans, monitoring and priority testing, as a direct responsibility.
Created and delivered actionable and complete test plans for projects, breaking down mechanics, game modes and more to ensure every aspect of the game is thoroughly tested.
Built detailed and clear reports from metrics e.g. bug database severity and numbers entered over a time, as well as results from test plan passes.
Performed risk analysis activity within projects while communicating clear and precise findings in various formats; written and verbal.
Operated in one or more bug tracking databases, with extensive knowledge of Jira or Dev track.
Utilised PS5, Xbox Series and Switch hardware, with extensive knowledge, including 1st party tools, such as SDK Manager, and the ability to perform patching on PS5.
Have some level of awareness of the critical points regarding compliance within a game, with respect to Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo’s standards.
Utilised storage and communication tools with experience of G-Suite, Slack and Discord.
