- Eldritch Monsters Await Heroic Trios in Action-Packed Online Co-Op -
Fearless developer Ronimo Games (Awesomenauts) and their trusty sidekicks Devolver Digital (Fall Guys, GRIS) have emerged from the mist to announce Blightbound, a dark and stylish multiplayer dungeon crawler that will battle its way onto Steam Early Access later this year blightbound.com.
The world lies in peril. Decades ago, a band of legendary warriors slayed the dreaded Shadow Titan after a long and ferocious struggle, but their celebration was short-lived. The Shadow Titan’s true intentions revealed themselves when from his broken husk flowed the Blight; a corrupting fog that alters any living creature exposed to its evil.
Blightbound is an online & local multiplayer dungeon crawler that tasks three heroes to venture down from their mountain refuge to face the abominations of the Blight - a mysterious and corrupting fog that enshrouds the land.
Explore handcrafted dungeons, fight a terrifying cadre of mystical and monstrous enemies, grab valuable loot, and recover fallen heroes to expand your roster of available warriors. Each player will fulfill a specific role on the team - warrior, assassin, or mage - to overcome colossal bosses and solve clever puzzles.
Can you collect and complete all the challenges, and conquer the Blight once and for all?
Blightbound developer Robin Meijer is the latest guest on The Devolver Digital Forkcast, the soon to be award-winning podcast from your third favourite indie game publisher. Visit forkcast.devolverdigital.com or subscribe via Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher or wherever else you get podcasts.
The game is bound for Steam Early Access this summer.
Terminally relaxed developer Deadtoast, 22nd Century Toys and their imaginary friends Devolver Digital today announce the critically-acclaimed banana-hell shooter My Friend Pedro is now available on PlayStation 4.
My Friend Pedro is a violent, bullet-ridden ballet about friendship, imagination, and one man’s struggle to obliterate anyone in his path at the behest of a sentient banana. The strategic use of split aiming, slow motion, and the ol’ stylish window breach create one sensational action sequence after another in an explosive battle through the violent underworld.
But that’s not all! The PS4 version of My Friend Pedro will arrive complete with extra Code Yellow content, bringing fourteen full-throttle game modifiers to the slow-motion gun ballet along with much-requested features like an in-game timer for speedrunners, hidden HUD option, and more!
Follow @deadtoast on Twitter for more slo-mo GIFs than you can shake a banana at.
Gungeon-dwellers Dodge Roll, co-developer Singlecore Games, and unlicensed water-gun wielders Devolver Digital today announce Exit the Gungeon, the newest adventure in the burgeoning Gungeonverse is now available on PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch.
Debuting on Apple Arcade in 2019, Exit the Gungeon is a bullet hell dungeon climber immediately following the adventures of the misfit ‘Gungeoneers’ and their journey for personal absolution in Enter the Gungeon.
Armed with an ever-changing weapon, an insatiable need to loot, and the trusty dodge roll, each of our heroes must ascend and escape via their own unique route of increasingly perilous elevators. Battle against the last and most bitter of the Gundead at a frantic pace, slowing down just long enough to chat with some familiar faces… and a few new ones. Shifting rooms, enemies, bosses, bizarre weapons and items all combine to ensure that no two attempts to Exit the Gungeon are the same.
The latest update to Exit the Gungeon brings an arsenal of additions, updates, and tweaks to the celebrated bullet hell dungeon climber. These modifications represent a substantial overhaul to Exit the Gungeon for players on Apple Arcade and new Gungeoneers jumping in on Nintendo Switch and Steam today.
Jump into battle with dozens of upgraded weapons and new items like the Spiked Boots, while striking down new Gundead foes including the Minecart Shotgun Kin, Bullet Cardinal, and Flying Fungun! Watch out for the return of the legendary Jammed enemy variants...
Square off in a dramatically redesigned Gungeon with improved room variety, increased room size, and many updated and devious elevators. With this increased variety, we’ve expanded Exit the Gungeon runs to more closely match Enter the Gungeon’s playtimes.
Massive changes to how the game spawns and places enemies, and an increased challenge level to match what veteran Gungeoneers have come to expect! An overhauled combo system yields better guns faster and throws down more money to reward Gungeoneers for fantastic combo runs.
Look sharp with new character-specific hats as you tackle redesigned minigames and chat up a host of NPCs with new interactions and quests!
Visit EnterTheGungeon.com for more information about Exit the Gungeon, Enter the Gungeon, and the upcoming light gun arcade game House of the Gundead!

Phobia Game Studio and Devolver Digital have announced uncomfortably squishy horror game Carrion will stalk its prey on Xbox One alongside PC when it launches later next year. Revealed at E3 2019, Carrion immediately became one of Devolver Digital's most anticipated games garnering award nominations and ritual sacrifices in its unholy name.
Carrion is a reverse horror game in which you assume the role of an amorphous creature of unknown origin. Stalk and consume those that imprisoned you to spread fear and panic throughout the facility. Grow and evolve as you tear down this prison and acquire more and more devastating abilities on the path to retribution. It's so gross, y'all.
Carrion will be playable at X019 in London November 14-16. Probably other places too but we'll get to that later.
