Devolver Digital is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and innovative games out there. With support from the Production team, as well as your colleagues in other departments, you’ll learn about the ins and outs of game publishing and how to help developers to make the best possible games.

What’s the job?

As a Junior Producer you’ll work closely with the Production team to understand project needs, review milestones and improve internal processes. We value collaboration with one another and our development partners, so in addition to being organised and a keen problem solver, you’ll need strong communication skills.

This is a full time role open to candidates who are able to work in, and based in the UK (remote with regular access to London). The salary range for this position is £20,000 - £25,000.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Production team with:

• Localisation and QA - communicating localisation and QA needs internally, making sure that relevant builds and materials are available to partners
• Documentation - creating and keeping internal documentation up to date with the latest relevant information
• Release management - managing first party submissions
• Milestone reviews - providing feedback on milestone builds, requesting and collating feedback from other departments and/or external partners

Qualities we’re looking for

• Curious self-starter with a desire to learn on the job
• Strong communication skills
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Interest in and comfort with using computers and various applications (such as email, messaging applications, Google or Microsoft suite)
• Interest in game production

Nice to Haves

• 1+ years of work experience in any field
• Involvement in the games industry (experimenting with game making tools, participation in game jams, streaming, board game groups, event organisation etc.)
• Demonstrable organisation or project management skills
